b. Physical Exam: Multiple cutaneous petechiae are evident, and there is generalized enlargement of lymph nodes, as well as palpable splenomegaly

c. Hemoglobin: Decreased

d. Platelet Count: Decreased

40,00cells per µL, with a preponderance of lymphoblasts
